Delivering Hope. Equipping Change.

Equip a Clinic.

Change a Community

Redemption In Action strengthens healthcare in Côte d’Ivoire through medical clinics, training and knowledge exchange with local healthcare professionals, and the equipment and resources clinics need to keep serving their communities.

Healthcare shouldn’t depend on where you’re born.

Across Côte d’Ivoire, dedicated healthcare professionals often work without the equipment, training, and support needed to diagnose, treat, and care for patients. RIA helps close that gap through medical clinics, training and knowledge exchange, and equipment matched to identified needs—working alongside the people already caring for their communities.

Medical clinics. Training and knowledge exchange. Medical equipment and resources. Three connected ways RIA strengthens care.

One Mission. Three Ways We Serve.

Medical Clinics

Volunteer clinic teams serve alongside Ivorian healthcare professionals in communities with limited care.

Training & Exchange

Clinicians teach, learn, and train side by side—building skills that stay long after a trip ends.

Medical Equipment

Donated equipment from partner organizations, matched to identified needs and shipped to Côte d’Ivoire.

Our Story

THE WORK IS ALREADY IN MOTION

358 patients treated During the October 2022 clinic trip.

RIA’s documented clinic and service trips include 2019, 2020, 2022, and 2023.

A Moment from the Field:

A heartbeat heard for the first time.

During a 2020 clinic trip, volunteer paramedic Irving VanderVegt met a mother eight months into her pregnancy. After locating the baby’s heartbeat, he placed the stethoscope in her ears—and then in her husband’s. Their smiles turned a simple exam into a moment none of them would forget.

“The joy of my heart had never been fuller.”
